Make a one off purchase of products worth 90 BV ($90) or make a purchase of products worth 90 BV ($90) by cumulative means.

2.                  INDEPENDENT PRODUCT CONSULTANT (IPC) 2

A.                OTHER BONUSES
1.      LEADERSHIP BONUS
The Company gives out 8% of its global monthly sales revenue as the Leadership Bonus to be distributed in the range of 1% to all Consultants from IPC 5 to Director 5

2.   HONORARY BONUS
The Company gives out 5% of its global monthly sales revenue as the Honorary Bonus to be distributed as follows:
i.    Manager 1                               1%
ii.   Manager 2                               0.75%
iii.  Manager 3                               0.5%
iv.  Director Cadre                                    0.5%

B.                 SPECIAL AWARDS

1.      SPECIAL STATUS AWARDS
Consultant of IPC 5 to 8 status who maintains his or her status for six consecutive months post attainment and does not default in meeting up his or monthly Personal BV would be qualified for this award and shall have a choice from the list that may contain Water Dispenser, Deep Fry, Deep Freezer, Refrigerators, Microwave, Electric cooker, Generators.
The Company determines where, when and how the award is to be given

2.      LOCAL TRAVEL AWARD
Consultant of Manager 1 to 3 status, who maintains his/her status for six consecutive months post attainment and does not default in meeting up his/her monthly Personal BV, would be qualified for this award. The Company determines where, when and how the award is to be undertaken.

3.      INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL AWARD
Consultant of Manager 4 to Executive Director status who maintains his/her status for six consecutive months post attainment and do not default in meeting up his/her monthly Personal BV would be qualified for this award. The Company determines where, when and how the award is to be undertaken

4.      CAR AWARD
Consultant of Manager 4 to Executive Director status who maintains his/her status for six consecutive months post attainment and does not default in meeting up his/her monthly Personal BV would be qualified for this award. The Company would decide what brand of car to be given for the award and where, when and how the award is to be made




ADDENDUM:

  1. the closing day for the submission of monthly Achievement is the last day of the month
  2. IPC 5 and above shall be required to meet their monthly BV targets to be entitled to their bonus payments. However should they be unable to do that, the Organization shall deduct the worth of their personal BV from their entitlements and pay them the balance while also delivering the product to them.
  3. IPCs shall be entitled to retail profit at not more than 20% of the cost price.
  4. RCI reserves all rights of interpretation of the Compensation Plan
  5. An IPC shall be entitled to only one Special Award in the Categories
  6. An IPC must be 18 years of age and above at the time of engaging in this MLSM
  7. Bonus payment is made by the 15th day of the new month and due tax deductions shall be made
